Looks pretty well-maintained to me. LIM, spider, nut kit - oh, you should have a new spider harness as well. They do get brittle and go bad and you have to have the plenum off, so might as well be now.

someone did mention in chat I have one of two possible plenums, but it's an L35 VIN-W...CPI. it damn well better be, that's what I've been buying parts for.

It's CPI. That's the only plenum I've seen for CPI - it's what I have on my '93 Bravada and my '93 Astro. I don't think yours has the IMTV (hockey-puck on top, paddle in the plenum) in the center, instead having a plate, but that's the only difference I see.

confirmation is always a good thing. I sorta knew I was good because I have the blue/red harness wires coming out of the intake, but at a different location than illustrated in my books.

this is another instance where my early 95 FSM isn't an exact match with my late 95 van. I'm often tempted to buy a 96 manual, but I have no clue if I should have it or a 94 edition. or, all three years to cover everything? nah...that's what I have you guys for, and why I love this forum.

re: the different intake tuning...do i have a L35 W from when it was an option, or is it the standard equipment version? if it's a clue, I have OBD-1. not that it matters, but I am curious.

Well, I never noticed that, unbelievably - it was the diff. in vacuum stuff and the distributor.
Someone shopping for parts or going to the JY for these 2 years or more is going to have a surprise...
Another surprise is the Temp Sender or Switch.
According to Leeann and others familiar w CPI stuff - some blocks evidently have it between cyls 1 & 3 - our '92 CPI has it between 3 & 5 - readily accessible w/ doghouse off.
And it is called 2 different things ( I guess it depends on ? ) Haha, maybe how we hold our tongue or light the flaming hoops to jump thru.
