the transfer case chain is very tight and has no backlash after everything has been re-stored, in fact, almost no play :banana:

This looks so good. My compliments! But tell me, I may have missed some reply or descriptions, have you deleted the bump stops? What the plan when the suspension bottoms?. Looking forward to see more. P

I removed the fastening from the bump stops, they were in the way when lowering. they are now mounted differently but that has not happened yet. I first have to have the rest together then I can assemble them

Your radiator support came out great! I wish I still had access to a shop so I could do the same ( I miss doing Fab Work) my core support is also rusted out on the lower section but I'm only able to work on it in my yard, with no new ones available anywhere I'm now searching for a clean used one. This search is going to be a challenge

The last few days I've been taking it easy, at the moment I'm out of breath and I still have a few other things to do, but it's still slowly going on.

I took the engine completely apart and started cleaning it :banana: :thumbup:
