I edited my post; look at that.

That looks like a Standard Blue Streak cap, which is a high-quality cap with brass terminals, but it does show wear. The rotor definitely is worn.

I bought a New Dist from Autozone and put on the Delco Cap and Rotor Button, It's a little better not quite there.
I mean really the problem is it doesn't always do it. I gun it and it might do it or it might not.
I added some Heet to it right now and added some Premium Gas to it so I'll run through it and see what happens next.

I Unplugged the EGR and it ran like crap.... but I'm going to replace it and see it does anything. Looked really dirty but ill also have to test it and see if it's really bad otherwise I'm now thinking it might be ECM

Okay so I replaced the EGR and the IAC and it didn't do anything well, it now stalled out 3 times trying to get back home.
Just cruising without pressing on the gas.... it turned off. Then it wouldn't turn on. Maybe it is the gas pump?

Well, that certainly can manifest itself in unpredictable operation.
It sounds like Task #1, to repair any broken wires, particularly ones related to the engine controls.

Good luck digging into that mess.

Found several cut wires and a lot of damage to the harness next to the dog house. Gonna let it dry in liquid tape and hopefully tomorrow I can test all this and see if runs properly again

Fixed some cables that broke or were worn out due to heater hoses rubbing on passenger side harness.
It runs better but I still have hesitation when I give it gas. Not as bad but it still there a bit.
I guess I might need to change the spark plugs and wires next.......... Damn

That harness could still be causing you trouble.
It would only take one intermittent connection, that could be affected by a slight engine torque motion, to give you fits.
Best wishes.

When I give it gas it does hesitate but not every time.... That's what's throwing me off. I don't act up every time.

So I went back in there and I found a few more wires that were scrapped up.

7 total wires and needed repair.

Runs better but it cutting off.

I checked the Fuel Pressure again but now it's now holding pressure anymore, when I turn the key off the Pressure drops almost instantly.

Great job on the wires. Now you need to determine whether the leakdown is in the tank or under the plenum.

Yup, I think you found it.

While you’re replacing the spider and the ‘nut kit’ (the lines), replace the spider’s electrical connector. They do go bad and it’s easier to do now.

I hope!!!

I ordered a new connector, a bit of it broke so I might as well replace it now while I have a chance.
Nothing to now but wait for parts.....
