Operation Pimp my Van

Postby crowdsurferx [OP] » March 7th 2015, 2:54am

This is going to be my project thread. I am hoping to transform this neglected van into a sweet little work van. I do mobile detailing for a living, and I am hoping to have a nice van that will be noticed on the streets that will also act as a selling point for my business.

So far, what I've done to her is install a new backdoor handle, install a sliding door with no window, and a passenger front end conversion.

So far I am really happy with the way it's turning out, time to kick the weekend with some long island teas. More to come!

Really, just add rims, tires, and pin strip. That will add enough pop, to get them to look your way. From there, its all about how well you can sell. :2:

Lift the RIGHT side about 12 inches.

Lower the LEFT side about 12 inches.

Then, depending on your customer, pull up with the appropriate side facing them.

New Rims and Tires are on the way. I'm still in the process of talking to a professional about the right ones to get.

Sorry but that would be retarded....

It was EXTREMELY simple. The hardest part was splicing the wires and reconnecting them, I had it done in about an hour...

Yes. I just use regular steel MIG wire. The blobbed up metal will make it look even more stupid pimp.
