I think that looks amazing, even though I'm not thrilled with wood interior. I have to ask though, with all that custom work why not make a bit more effort to conceal the screws? Or at least use some hardware that better accents the wood? The silver screws in the dash stick out like sore thumbs.

absolutely awesome! Clean nice. I could never have one as nice, I tear stuff up!! I am putting horse stall matts in my van right now. Love that wood look.

My Van was already converted in 1996 by Japanese company TIARA. They did it in a very straight forward way. All mounted by screws. I did not have too much choice to change it. I could paint it but in the end, I start to like it. It reminds me my Jeep commander with original screws in the dashboard.Same with wood. In a firs place I want to take it off. But then, after one night on fishing camp, I have notice that it feels like home:) A small TV :) lights and so on...So it stays classic:)
