Gauge cluster removal

Gauge cluster removal

Postby Greenacarina [OP] » July 31st 2020, 12:51am

Hey all!
My 86 Astro is having temp gauge issues. It is pegged full hot all the time, even with the sender disconnected. So, now I am trying to remove the gauge cluster to test further, fix, etc.
I have the surround removed and the 4 screws out that hold the cluster in...just can't seem to find access to get to the speedo cable.
Any tricks???
