Headliner advice

I have a 2002 safari, want to get junkyard replacements for the headliners since previous owner cut hole in them for DVD players. I found several vans at the local u-pull yard. Questions are:
Will any Gen2 fit? Any removal tips? Is it a 2 person job to get them out?

I replace headliners. Put new fabric on. It a one person job.

All side panels and visors, lights got to come off first. They are velcroed in place. Side panels hold them in place.

Should I insulate before installing? If so, what's a good product choice?

I never do that. The High tech stereo people got some spray on stuff.
There are threads here where they talk about the different insanely expensive products. I should talk tho after all I spend on paint. LOL.

Undercoating actually works well also.
