Might I suggest going to a carpet store? They've got plenty of remnants lying about available for a song. You could cut them to shape and then bring them back to the store for them to sew edge tape around the mats.

The Weathertech are not made to fit the M/L vans.
It is only a "close" fit and not custom. They said it had to be cut or trimmed to fit properly.

Call them and ask, I had to send mine back.
Too bad, they are a really good floor mat.

Thanks for the links ihatemybike, but Cuda is correct on the custom fit, It doesn't form around the wells like the GM ones do and GM doesn't make them anymore. I checked weathertech out a few months back.:)

I found mine at the local U-Pull-It. I lucked out on these!! They were like new!! I just took them to the local car wash and put some degreaser on them and power washed them. Like they came straight from the factory!!
Sorry if in most if not all of my posts i glorify the U-Pull-It place but it is a treasure trove of great stuff!! I paid $1.99 for each of mine out of a 96'. They fit perfect!! I'm all about recycling!! Now if i could just find the whole interior out of a 97' i would be a happy man!! LOL

Not sure what color your interior is but i just picked these up today at the U-Pull-It place here. $6.00 total.
They are a light blue in color. I couldn't let these go no matter the color!! LOL
I have the other ones in my van(grey) But my van is teal and grey so i may put these in. Unless someone wants them on here.

I have a pic in my post in the new member section under New guy from Alabama. I bought the one piece front mat. It's not molded like the factory plastic ones but it's cut so it fits very well. The quality is also excellent. They are called Lloyd's Ultimats and you can get them embroidered with the Astro logo.

I just take the plastic mats out during the summer. I bought a truck with carpet, so I could see the carpet. It cleans easily, and looks great naked.....without floor mats.
Oh.....did I say I don't have kids to mess it up?

I too am looking for good floor mats. On my 4runner I had a choice of Husky or Weathertech. I like Weathertech much better but see they don't have their floor liner brand-only the all weather mats. Bummer. Plus there is only one rear and nothing for the far back. Hmmm.....

Bummer. http://www.weathertech.com/store/Packag ... 8&StepNo=1
