Interior overhead lights stopped working

Postby VersaceCosby [OP] » March 7th 2015, 5:38am

I have a 96 chevy astro passenger van. Ive had it for 5 years. I love it. BUT. It has a woodgrain overhead piece. it contains the normal overhead lights, and then these accent lights that are controlled by a four switch panel up overhead of the dash. They recently stopped working. all the fuses are good. took the switch panel down and found a loose wire. connected it to where i THOUGHT it would go and the led lights for the switch numbers came on. But the running over head lights do not work. I JUST NEED A WIRING DIAGRAM FOR THE LIGHT PANEL. or anything. any help. ive been calling and asking people for days. No one else has the same van as me with the light panel. I can post PICS if it will help.

You've got a conversion van. Factory wiring means diddly, unfortunately, because that was aftermarket.

What company did your conversion? Someone here might have one from the same company and could possibly help you out.
