'94 middle seats to replace 2004 front seats ??

Postby bunce1260 [OP] » October 22nd 2015, 11:43pm

Hi.

Does anyone know if 2 single, middle seats from a 1994 have the same bolt pattern as the front seats from a 2004 Astro?

I would do a test fit but they're located too far away.

Thanks

I'm afraid I'm not gonna be of any help here other than to bump your thread but I'm kinda curious about this, too. Anyone?

I THINK they will, but I'm not 100 certain. They can't be so different that some flat stock and a drill bit won't get them installed.

So it turns out they don't. The middle row single seats have quck releases just like my rear benches. I wonder if just the actual seat will swap onto my mounts?

That is odd. My 94 they are bolt in. 2nd row and front seats are the exact same thing.
I do know a 2004 second row bench fits a 94 I had one in mine for years.

I'd bet the seats themselves will swap onto the existing pedestals.

Just to muddy the water a bit, I have rthe middle seats from my 97 bolted into the front seat positions on my van... Leather seats w the SLT package...

I still need to grind the studs off from the middle row, seats are never going back in there.
