I'm pretty sure you already have the BW t-case, I think they went to the NP136 in 99.

Nope. Same as pulling the fuse.
How many sensors, fuses or computers does a Bw4472 need? Zero.

Yes, you already have the BW4472. The purpose of wiring up a switch is for 4lo.
How many sensors, fuses or computers does a Bw4472 need? Zero.

No, the computer does not need an active connection to the TC.
