Anyone know what a Code P0449 EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM VENT VALVE/SOLENOID could possibly mean?

The code does not mean that the part failed.

I mean, maybe it did, but it could be the wiring/connections or the PCM as well. Have to diagnose it.
