trailer hitch from the junk yard

I got a trailer hitch from the pic pull. But I didnt get the front bolt and nut plate that is in the fram. is this a factory welded in piece? how do I get it out? or is there another way to bolt it up?

I got the hitch on. THe 2 holes furthest from the bumper I have no bolts in. There is welded nuts in the framerail. However they are not the same size as the bolts on the Van I took them off of. I will have to figure that ot later. At least I can put my Bike Rack on it

Looks good- how about getting those bolts in? You never know when something will come up and you'll need to actually tow something!
