Looking for a really nice Cargo Van front mat

Just bought a "New" '02 Astro cargo van. All the interior stuff is pretty nice, but the passenger area floor covering has 12 holes drilled into an otherwise perfect mat. I'm looking for a really nice used replacement. Small tears that can be repaired from the backside with an innertube patch kit would be fine. ACC makes a molded rubber mat for $300, but not even close to the original pattern/texture. I found one NOS one , part #15690662, for $700 (good luck with that). Anybody got a nice one for sale?

Go to a junk yard and get one out of a cargo van.

Would black RTV fill the holes? It can be dressed while wet with a damp rag/paper towel/fingertip.

I would fill the holes, but the brackets that were bolted to the floor left big, deep imprints.

I'm in DesMoines, Iowa. I have relatives in MPLS, and Falcon, Missouri. They travel back and forth a lot.
