need divider and tow hitch

I need a divider and tow hitch for my cargo van. Would like a ladder rack also while we are looking.

Where are you located?

I am in the St. Louis area and have one. It is the heavy duty
one that uses five (5) bolts for the frame attachment.

The normal hitches use only three (3) bolts for the connection
to the frame.

It is rusty and need cleaning and painting.

Pickup only.
