Oil dip stick for 2000 AWD

When I was changing my alternator this weekend something got caught on the end of my oil dip stick and broke the handle in two. :banghead:

I need an oil dip stick for a 2000 GMC Safari AWD. There are no junk yards that are convenient for me, I checked rock auto and didn't see anything, so does anyone have anything?

I don't have one. But could check my junk yard for you next time I go.
2001 GMC Safari - Right around 170,000M - 4.3L W - A/C - 2WD.

Checker/O'Reily has universal cut-to-fit dipsticks for $22. I bought two dipsticks, one for oil other for ATF at the local UPullit for $20 the pair.

Don't know when my next trip will be, but I'm willing to pull and ship it to you for what ever the yard charges me plus the shipping costs. Just let me know if you still want one.

And just to make sure I'm thinking right, the engen oil dipstick from ANY year 2nd gen 4.3L from an Astro/Safari will work. Right?

Hi,
Have a 2003 4.3L GMC that I need a new oil dipstick for. So does the OReilly universal one work? The OReilly guy was not sure it would work and didn't have one in stock. The local junkyard doesn't have one.
