rear door and pillar speakers

sorry newb here.... i am in the process of trying to fit a set of 6.5 inch speakers into the pillar. has anyone done this? can someone direct me to a thread if there is one?

as well im fitting 6.5 inch subs in the rear barn doors, has this been done? any tips?
