mine is to big to put under the dash so its under the pass seat. I also had one mounted on the wall right behind the drivers seat, but if you have kids its a totally different thing.

I have 2, relatively small ones, one for each sub. And in my cargo van, they're on the left side wall, near the fuel inlet.

My amps are mounted to the back of the enclosure, since my enclosure is double walled all the way around (1.5" thick) and fiberglass resin spread over the wood (enclosure weights in at 900lbs without the subs).
"Installer's Nightmare" has officially come to life. Only 1 sub, but loud and clear.

I had thought about installing amps if I ever went that route to under the rear seat along with a quick disconnect for the wiring in the event I needed to remove said seat and subs for hauling, otherwise I'd think about seeing if I could find a place behind the interior panels, though you aren't getting easy access if you decide you need to get at it for any reason. That's the problem with having no trunk. I can't mount it under the front seats due to them both being power as well. Passenger side non powered seat would be a great location and probably the cleanest install insomuch that you only have to run speaker wires to the back at that point.
A temporary fix usually becomes a permanent solution, therefore it does not exist.

If you have a 7 passenger under the mid row captains chairs is a good spot.

I put mine in the second row side pocket above the rear heater. Not the most ideal place but it works.
