Also, it would appear that the upper pillar speakers are not powered by the factory amp even though the wires go thru the connector. I was still getting sound from them after disconnecting the amp.
Does anyone know if I can use any of the existing wires as my remote signal to tun on the aftermarket amp? My aftermarket head unit has a remote signal wire but I would prefer not to run an additional wire if I'm already getting the signal through the factory wiring harness.
