I was having very little airflow from my rear and front ac vents. Good cold air, but very restricted flow.
I pulled off the about 6x9 small grill in the very rear, driver's side, down by the van floor. The evaporator was completely clogged. I pulled off a sheet of wet grod-doo about 1/16th inch thick. Obviously the "return" for the rear system. I got a blast of cold air from the rear vents! Incredible difference.

Front vents still have very low airflow. Air is cold. System pressure is correct. Blower is trying hard, I can tell by the sound. I have read about vacuum lines and will check them, but am wondering if the evaporator coil in the front could be clogged like the coil in the rear was??

I have heard that the front system may not recirculate the air and draws from outside, in front of the passenger door. If this is the case, maybe it is not clogged by spaniel fur.
Appreciate your suggestions. It is HOT in Georgia!!
