99 rear blower replacement

99 rear blower replacement

Postby Chris099 [OP] » October 10th 2011, 3:10am

Hi All,

Searched thru threads but did not find this exact topic discussed.

I need to replace the rear blower motor in a 99 safari conversion van.

It is a 3 speed motor, 3" diameter with single shaft 3.25" long with a flat side.

I have searched online for about an hour or so and have not come up with a supplier.

Anyone have a good source for this blower motor?

Thanks in advance,

Chris

go to the junkyard and get one that looks like yours (or has similar monting points/ dimensions). thats the only place I know of to get one since AFAIK, the companies that make them only do so for conversion/ upfitter companies. full size conversion vans also used the same motor. just make sure the blower spins freely when you turn it by hand.
