2001 Rear Air Switch burnout

2001 Rear Air Switch burnout

Postby aberhome [OP] » August 20th 2008, 4:19am

Hello all,
As a newbee, I was hoping some of you might be able to help me. We have a 2001 Astro (2WD) that had the rear air (auxilary) switch burn out on us. Short of going to the dealer, does anyone know a source (online, new, or used) for a replacement? I know the OEM part number on the switch (15976864) which I have had trouble locating a replacement part for. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I found two GM parts online stores that have the part number you are looking for. www.gmpartsdirect.com has it for $31.40 and partszoneonline.com has it for $33.43 . You'd have to find out which has cheaper shipping. And I can't vouch for either of these sites, as I've not purchased anything from either one of them.
