In the shot below you can see the green oil in the circle being reflected in the mirror.
Question, what would cause it to blow out? Especially if it is supposed to be a cut off for high pressure?

I bet it is clean as I had the system flushed twice before this compressor. I also replaced the dryer and o-tube, came with the compressor.
