A/C only blows while moving. When I stop the air completely stops NO air. It can be on any control level still no air. I just replaced the vacuum hose, because it only blew on top defrost and below. It worked for awhile the this started happening.

Has it been recharged recently? Does it work if you are in park and rev the engine up to say 2000 rpm?

No It does not go on while in park. I will check while reviving the engine. I did notice that the faster I drove the colder it got.

Ok it is charged. It does no blow air when reviving, but I did notice that the center part next to the belt on the compressor does not stay on. It turns on with a loud clank and turns off with a loud clank. This is when the a/c is on.
