I think those are old Budnik Wheels "Tusks". Very big in the 90's.

check out mine at www.rides.minitruckinweb.com under chevrolet astro marcus38. we z'd the front frame 5 inches to drop it to the pinch welds. the rear is on a 2- link bags on bars setup. theres 14 photos with more info any questions just reply here or email me. ive got a new series of budniks on my 90 stro. x-series rockers. www.budnikwheels.com but there pricey billet aluminum fully polished front and back. like $2800 rims only made to order 6 week wait.
