Greetings from the PNW

Hello! After far too long of wanting a van to use as a rolling base camp and gathering invaluable information from this site and countless knowledgable users, I'm happy to report I'm a new member of the crew with a new to me 2005 Safari AWD! Picked it up back in May in SLC and drove it back to Seattle where I've been slowly picking away at the to-do list I have for it. Trying to balance weekends between working on the van and using it to get into the mountains. I know how much photos are appreciated around here, so here are a few that I have:

As I took possession of my Safari

Picking up supplies on the return journey

Bed platform was a priority

I wanted a modular design that I could put benches in without removing the platform

Platform folded and hidden away

As much as I wanted the option of putting both benches in without removing the platform, they haven't both gone back in since removing them, ha! Planning on a 2" lift and some new shoes soon. You all are the experts around here and I've learned a lot and continue to learn. I'm open to any suggestions or tips. Thank you all for an amazingly helpful site!

I tend to do that a lot. I just want to get in there and get it done, then when I'm done I'm like, damn should have taken some pictures of that.
