Hello again from Springfield Illinois

I just wanted to update I was a member a few years back, just forgot my user name.I first started to build my safari V8 Hot Rod. Yes Hot Rod it is, I bought a 89 Safari van from a guy that had it setting in his garage for 5 years. There is a little surface rust but that is an easy fix with a little time and alot of sanding. I was in the process of building a 355, which was a 350 that we bored 30 over and put larger pistons in. Then added a 514 solid lift cam and fresh heads you have a nicely powered monster to put under the hood. This became the hart of my little Safari with help from members of astrosafari and some time in the shop we emerged with a grocery getter that has an additude. Sence then I have been loving my Safari and have plans on building a 383 Stroker Motor to give my little van corvette killing power.
I have a 89 safari we swapped the V6 out for a 350 bored 30 over 514 solid lift cam 4 barrel carb.The cooling system is still the stock radiator I replaced the cluched fan for a solid mount 18" flex which did require modification of the fan shround.

I have some Pics but still trying to figure out how to post them. :confused:

What kind of problem(s) are you having?
