New from alaska

Postby DiVo [OP] » June 15th 2010, 7:51pm

Whats up guys, just joined up in Alaska.

Picked up this old work van for a few hundred bucks and have been using it as my DD and have half turned it into a camping van. I'll post up pics of the interior later

I am actually trying to get her to win this local radio show contest for an overhaul, so if you could spare a few seconds you can vote for her at http://www.kfat929.com/PimpMyPile.aspx just make some fake log in as they dont send email verification or anything.

For the interior I took the ladder rack off and made a bed that turns into benches in the back it works out good for hauling friends around town bar hopping or for campin

Dark has a very good point. Children do read these forums. Don't they?

And for the sake of a better tomorrow, Let's devise a plan where Off Color Humor can be kept to protect the children.

Mods have responded to this thread, shouldn't they be correcting this kind of stuff?

PS My Junk (Adult Level Humor) as well. Jim

Welcome to the Forum Divo. I have to agree with Dark and Astroturf though. This "Free Candy" stuff is just a bit to serious in this day and age to be joking about.

If you would like the modified version of your picture, I took the liberty (hope you don't mind, if you do just let me know) of air brushing the "Free Candy" stuff out and to enjoy the natural beauty of the back ground and rainbow you have in your picture. One of the nicest shots I have seen in a long time I must say (with out the "free candy" stuff of course). If you decide to change it, just save this picture to your HD and re-upload it after you have deleted the first one.

It's your choice though.:)

The only thing that has changed "in this day and age" is that we used to find and bump these people. Now we protect them because "they need help".

As I look a bit closer at your picture Divo, I see 2 rainbows over your van (front and back), how rare is that. Great job taking that picture I must say,I've never seen that before (personally).:)

I don't know what your getting at or what your trying to start here timelessbeing, but my comments were directed to the OP. I ask you do the same (without the sideline comments). I live on the west coast and see plenty as well, but I have never seen a picture taken of 2 rainbows over an Astro which was my point.

Have a good day everyone.:)

I didn't catch on to the emphasis of the rainbow being over a van, so don't get your panties in a bunch.

My my, it must be that time of month in here again.
