This is what a straight axle Astro looks like on 46's.

I like that look much better than the other tire wheel combo you had. How does it ride in comparison?

another couple inches and your slider will work again. have you considered top loading the axle? you would get close to stock angles that way

This is mainly junkyard arts. If I ever see a top loader, I'm all over it.

I wasn't too worried about the slider and was trying to look not so illegal, but that kinda went out the window. :banana:

I haven't driven it yet. The van should be finished next weekend, if all goes well. I need to get the Excursion sway bar on the front, and flip the ASTRO rear bar. I'm also having a larger drive line made. I don't like the little pinned it has now. It needs a big red rocket.

First test drive. I'm glad I tossed out the coil springs and idler arms. It rides great now.

The step folds down. I have AMP Research Bed Steps welded to the frame. I chopped the brackets they come with and made it work.
