Axle Stoppers on a 2" body lift

Axle Stoppers on a 2" body lift

Postby NomadforNature [OP] » September 3rd 2016, 5:04pm

I have a 2001 Astro with a 2" body lift.
I notice one of my rear axle stoppers (bumpers) is missing, and the other is about to go, and I need to replace them.
Should I replace them with stock parts, or something else because of the body lift?
Thanks for your input on this.

Body lift... in the rear?

If you have 2" of rear suspension type lift, the bumpers will be 2"s further from the stops... and may not be vital. None the less, you can probably pick one up at a junk yard for next to nothing. If your looking for convenience, try to purchase online.
