so does that mean you are gonna get rid of the van? bc i might be interested in you front clip if you do?

Not any time soon. I rely on this van to run my side business so I'll need to keep it for another year or so. Does your van have the short torsion bars in it now?

yes, i went a JY and pulled short arms out of an '02, i also have overland torsion keys in it

If you notice at the left bottom of the page,Overlands is offering bars to solve that problem.Might want to look for a Sanford and Son rust bucket pick-up plow truck cheap,cheap.That way you could enjoy your van and have a plow too.There have been a number of Astro owners who have mounted a plow on their van too.


Nick-look at the Overland site.Gerald has stated he is so busy with sales,he is back order by three wks.I do think the transfer is done.

When you got the shorter torsion bars did you have to replace the cross member too or do the shorter bars just install in the existing cross member?

you use your existing crossmember, but you will need either factory torsion keys for the shorter torsion bars or overland's lifting keys, the keys for the long torsion bars will not fit
