No. There is no where to put an additional leaf. Besides the tendency for a steel leaf to eat into the 'glass one, It's just not practical.
If you need some additional height look into the helper coil over springs that fit over the standard shocks.

i have bags. the bags are awesome. the sensa trac coil over shocks do nothing, i tried that first. they do make groaning noises though as the spring moves on the shock body so if you are into that then hey. i still have mine under there and they still do nothing but moan and groan
Go to a auto salvage yard and buy the complete rear leaf spring set up from a newer (98 or so on up) Astro/Safari van. They are steel multi leafs but you have to get all the brackets too. That is my plan for my 89 in the future.
I clamped on add a leafs to my glass ones for a short while but its a bad idea.
Then I just got junkyard steel springs from a newer van and put them on. BUT they are not symmetrical so if you install them the wrong way the wheel is too far forward.
Besides that they are easy to swap and it worked great.
