Help and advice on a rust van AKA special needs

So I have been building a 97 safari and handicap van and recently discovered there is just to much rust on the frame to be a reliable off road rig. The vechile only has 80k on the engine and I just did a lot of work including:
Rear HD leafs
3-5” journeys kit
Kyb mono shocks all four corners
30” tires
Complete front suspension steering components
Upper and lower contol arms
Spider injectors
Water pump
Radiator
Steering gear box
Etc.

My only options to salvage what iv’e done is buy another van and swap parts to the new vehicle OR replace the front frame with another AWD.

I’m looking for some advice, what would you do?
Also what years will my suspension parts be compatible with?
I know control arms changed and added a coil spring ant some point. And I’m assuming they did away with the torsion bars. Any advice will help. While buying the vehicle I made a poor choice and was side tracked by the low mileage and high top, but as I got into it. Lots of rust was evident.

The mechanic that did my lower control arms said it was pretty think and I personally have removed a bunch of rust, I’m thinking long term. I want the rig to last a long time and to know the frame and weak and rust will kill me. The made me sign a liability. I can probably daily drive it for a while. Does anyone know if Pick and Pull will sell a frame?

pick n pull will sell a frame but make sure you tell them its a sub frame. But you will have to remove the frame, strip the frame of all parts otherwise they will nickel and dime you on every none frame part such as the front differential the control arms, ball joints, torsion bars etc etc. subframe is $92.00 plus tax & $4.99 for core deposit.

LOL depends where you are located.Yes,it seems to me your subframe is wasted,even though sections have been scraped and painted,Seems to me some people still do not realize that the rust they scrape.grind or knock of is original metal,so frame is much weaker.Replacing a subframe is a big job,but even bigger,in your case, as you have lots of new parts to transfer to the "new" unit. But,well worth it, if you love your unit,or cannot replace the whole vehicle for what the comparative costs would be.

I've found the nickel and dime thing sometimes depends on who's behind the register. Some will let things slide, others won't. It helps to know a guy there.

considering how much work would be involved in replacing the rusty sub-frame, I would have a good body shop examine the rest of the rig. It would be a waste of tie to do all that work, and then find out the body will also need serious work soon.
Or, maybe you have already done that, and are satisfied with the current condition of the body.
