Can anybody confirm these numbers for me?

Stock wheel size is 15”x6.5”
Wheel backspace is 3.25”
Centerline is 3.25”
Offset is 0”
Bolt pattern is 5x5 (127) RH 1/2" lug bolt.
Center bore is 78.3 mm

Depends.

If the question is "Is the above a stock wheel that GM supplied?" The answer is "Maybe".

If the question is "Is this stock wheel I'm holding in my hand the above measurements?" The answer is "Maybe, let's measure it".

15" diam is stock for 85 - 02.
6.5" width is pretty common, but there were others.
Centerline - I don't know what that means. Backspace?
Backspace/Offset for my stock 89 wheels was -
103mm (4.1") Backspace
15mm (0.6") Offset
Bolt pattern 5x5(127) RH 1/2-20 lugs is stock for 85-02
Centerbore 78.3mm is stock for 85-02 RWD. (May be for AWD and may be for 03-05, I don't know and don't have notes for those years)

About the only thing predictably universal for 85-02 models is diameter (15") and bolt pattern (5x5, 1/2-20). Export models, factory options (Maher's Gen I), "What was handy at the time" may mean other parameters are different.

If, then, I were going to guess, my guess would be that all the measurements you posted ARE reliably correct EXCEPT the backspace/offset. That one could go either way. The book says 4.1/0.6 inches is OEM. So it's likely that we'd find more of that than any variants.

But there certainly were variants. Again, Maher's wheels are a factory variant (an option).

The 5/8 inch difference in offset may not be critical at all if you're measuring/estimating for clearance.

Where did your posted numbers come from? Maybe that 0 offset is more popular than we might think.

No, I don't copy and paste. I re-learn it every single day as I work on my van. That's just what you have to do when you start pushing the parameters. Imagine me or Cargo taking our van to a dealer and saying "I've got a noise when I turn left".
