camber adjustment bolts

whats the easiest way to get to the bolts? i have a 92 2wd that i go thru front tires every 15-20k it was supposedely aligned but it looks like nothing was touched...everything up front is tight ..tie rods..ball joints etc.. any help would be appreciated.

You need a tool that looks like this. This is what I use on my 97 it's possible you may need one that's smaller for your 92. I think they may have used smaller nuts on the older models so you need to do some research before buying the tool. This is something you're probably going to have to order online.

Some folks with extreme body lifts get by without the tool but if your stock you will definitely need it. It connects to the end of your ratchet extension and allows you to get to the nuts that hold the arm on back side. You just need to loosen those nuts enough to either remove or insert shims. You do not need to remove the nuts completely.

I also highly recommend you have a small magnet stuck to those shims before you loosen the nut. Also try to get in there and take some pictures before you loosen anything so you can see exactly how many shims were in the front and how many were in the rear section and what size they were. If you loosen those nuts and some of the shims fall out ....and believe me they will, you won't have any idea what your starting point is. You also want to purchase a shim kit before you start this. They are cheap and locally available.
