While looking around O-reilly's website I came across motor mounts.

Not sure if this will help anybody, and I think places like jagsrus is cheaper. Just thought I would share this info.

Thanks! This is useful to me.

I'm not doing a swap right away but I've been putting all of my ducks in a row. Not that I have a problem with buying mounts from some guy who builds them in his garage and sells them over the net but I feel a little more comfortable knowing that there is a place that I can call up any time and get them shipped immediately.

I got mine off an ebay seller. It wouldn't surprise me to find out they are all from the same person quite honestly at least the same pattern. If you saw how thick they were I doubt you'd have too much concern. They were at least 2 if not 3 times as thick as the OEM mounts and the welds looked very nice. The only caveat I had was that I had to grind one for header clearance which is normal from my understanding.

Another option would be www.jagsthatrun.com they are showing the mounts for 2WD applications for $58 inc. shipping and the ones for AWD for $134

I just fabricated mine, using the old mounts to start with.
Image
If you swap drivers side to passenger and passenger to driver you will find out that one of the holes lines up.
From there the hardest part was to weld a piece of plate steel onto the old mount and drill some holes.
I then had to trim the top of the drivers side mount (formerly the passenger side) to make room for the manifold, and you much make a notch at the bottom of which ever mount is on the same side as your knock sensor. Sorry I don't have better pictures of the finished product.

I got a set of the Trans Dapt mounts from Summit. They were so badly made that I sent them back. I got another set from JTR (Jags That Run). They're a different style that's made from one piece of metal with the ears bent up. They're light years ahead of the old design.
