radiator alternative

radiator alternative

Postby bubbalowe [OP] » October 11th 2015, 1:50am

Stock plastic radiator grew a crack at upper hose connection and now I need a new radiator. Are there any optional drop in radiators better than the stock OEM? This is a 350 conversion and never had a problem overheating but if there is something better than stock without a lot of fab work that is for me. Thanks for any ideas.

Stock thickness is only 5/8". There are others available that are 1" thick and drop in with no mods. If I have to do it again I'm going to try the OSC #2003. I have no experience with them but their sales pitch looks pretty good and only slightly more expensive than no name generic. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zW6f5a4zhHo
