1992 Astro wont start

Hi any ideas as to why I can't start my van, I have a gen 1 astro and had it started then tried to change over to lpg and its conked out, probably coz it was too cold at at the time.
Then it wouldn't start again. I've changed the starter motor as it was being temperamental earlier. And still. Nothing. It won't even turn.

Any LPG system was added aftermarket. So you're going to need to provide us with a bit more information.

Won't crank is a different problem than won't run.
