How to get maintenance up to date?

Hello everyone,
I have been fortunate to be gifted a 1993 Astro van with 45,000 mi and in amazing condition. It was driven semi-regularly and 100% garage kept, but I would like to do an overhaul in regards to maintenance to make sure everything is running tip-top. Besides regular oil changes and a few minor repairs, the vehicle is in great shape and completely stock. What all should I do to get the maintenance up to date? I'm also open to any minor upgrades. Thanks in advance for the advice

Start with a good wash. As you run your hands over every square inch of the van, you'll start to notice little things as well as having questions pop into your head. Obviously, filters/fluids/belts/hoses are tops on the checklist after that. tires/wheels/brakes and suspension would be my next go-to. Then, go over the van with a notepad or smartphone/tablet and make sure that everything works...lights/wipers/washers/horn/windows/locks/seatbelts and adjusters/tilt wheel/heat and A/C...making notes along the way as to what attention any of these items may need.
Follow up by lubricating all of the hinges/latches/locks/slider rollers as best as you can. Things tend to last longer when they don't stick or bind...
a 45,000 mile 92 model is a real gift, for sure! Hope you have agarage to continue its preservation?
