hi, where can I find a stud like this, Pic attached...the ball washer got stuck and than got over tightened...newbie needs to find out how to adjust them? this is of a astro 4.3 1996...

You have factory non-adjustable rocker arms.The threads,both ends,should be metric.I do not know of any aftermarket suppliers,an engine builder or junk yard might be the fastest. The GM # is 10044997 for the stud,I did not look up the nut,it is 8mm,and Melling makes replacement nuts.As copper said,you want to clean up those threads in the head before putting new one in.It should be 10mm,but I forget the pitch.
