Astro wont start, has spark and fuel

Unfortunately, I spoke too soon.

When I went to take it on a test drive, I was getting some strange crackling noise under acceleration and threw a P0300 code for Random/Multiple cylinder misfire detected.
If I hold the accelerator at the right position, a surging occurs, as seen in the video.

Both issues seemed to get worse when the engine was warmed up.
Was this caused by the distributor swap? The only other things I changed were the coil and ICM.

Here is a video of the noise:

I am not sure if this is any indication of the issue, but there seems to be a small amount of oil lining the inside cap of the distributor.

Should stay clean. I would clean it off, and also inspect your PCV system to make sure it's working.

Sounds good. I will take a look at the PCV system.
Would this be at all related to the crackling and misfires?

Lots of things can cause random misfires, that cap has to be clean for starters, make sure your wires are ran and secured properly(correct routing is important).

If the PCV isn't working properly it can allow blow-by gases up into the distributor.
