Ruthenium Spark Plugs

Hello AstroSafarians! I will be doing a tune-up soon and am currently ordering all the parts. When selecting the spark plugs, those beautiful NGK "94567"s just stood out. These are Ruthenium, which supposedly blows iridium out the water in terms of durability & ignitability. They are $7.89 each which I think is fair. These and
"United Motor Products DCR665X" Cap&Rotor should bring new life to the van.

My question is which spark plugs do you feel comfortable with?

most of us agree to stick with ac delco just because the 4.3 is finicky and prefers ac delco for al the ignition parts.

Hmm so none of this fancy stuff eh? Well I can't argue against what has been tested to always work.

Maybe for 'Durability' it could be worth trying, if you are game for it, and your plugs are easy to reach.
As for 'ignitability' (is that a word?) I would have my doubts. I have never heard of anyone using them, but if they last twice as long as Iridium and cost less...who knows what might be the next great improvement? :shrug:
'Excitability' could also be used as a sales pitch! :confused:

Any proper plug of the correct heat range will work just fine.

I would give them a try, Iridium lasts so long as it is, but if it means getting even longer life out of a set of plugs, then why not?
