or Las Vegas?

I found a really good price in Glendale California as seen on this linkhttp://losangeles.backpage.com/AutoServices/350-chevy-astro-van-43l-rebuild-engine-1994-up/35080178 , Seems like a really good deal but if I can find the same in Las Vegas , that would even be better. Please let me know if anyone has connections or can recommend me a good reliable rebuild shop. Thanks
