I have a 99 astro basic model. It seem to have trouble starting but only when its warmed up. It runs smoothly when it does start. And starts right away when the engine is cold. I have good fuel pressure. A new cap and rotor with brass contacts. I have cleaned the MAF. Which made the check engine light go out. But it still struggles to start when warm. What could be next?

I'd be looking at the ground wires first, good contact and all that. After that for things making ground that shouldn't be. A spray bottle of water at night helps for this. The ignition module and coil are suspect as they are in a situation where heat could play a role in their defection from the team.
Leave the doghouse unbolted and check at every opportunity until you find the problem.

when you say it struggles to start do you mean the starter struggles to turn engine ? if the starter is not doing its job when its hot I would check the battery cables at both ends .you could have a bad starter you can have your starter tested on the vehicle at your local parts store.
