https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGwk1A5QYrc I found this leak and sprayed bad when I used the cooling system pressure tester.

I looked very closely at the video, and if I guess right, there is a drop of liquid seeping out

of the area around the oil cooler connection. Yes ? No? If that is the case, and the side

tanks are "plastic," then there is a possibility that the tank/exchanger/fitting can be fixed

with a new O-ring. If there is a crack, then there can be a new tank exchanged for the

leaker, or, at the worst case you will be better off exchanging the whole radiator. You

will find some really good deals online.

Oil cooler o-ring I think I'll try that if it don't work I'll burn it!!

How big is this O-ring I was at napa they weren't sure either showed them the leak too.

I got around to replacing the o-ring today the oil cooler line just unscrewed right out I didn't need to remove a special clip or need a special tool.

The van still leaks but not as bad and doesn't spray a stream like before. I might replace the radiator or maybe just leave it alone.
