Crappy gas mileage!

Hi everyone, Im new to this site Just purchased my very first 2000 AWD astro, and I love it! Exept it gets horrible gas mileage. I did plugs & wires and I cleaned the cap and rotor cause it didnt look so bad it did seem to run a bit smoother afterwards,but Im still getting 13.1 mpgs, I notice a little vibration when your stopped and just idling but I have no check engine light or nothing weard. I just thought that this awd should get like 17city and 20hwy. Any tips would be helpful thanks in advance.

There could be so many different reasons for bad mileage .could be the injectors .Best thing may be to hook up a scan tool and see whats going on .Is the idle just a vibration or is the idle actually bad .If the idle is not that good you may need to clean the Idle air control valve and or the throttle body
