PCV grommet, '95 Astro

This isn't a big deal in the Astro/Safari grand theme of things, but some useful info if your PCV valve grommet looks like the pic. This seems to be a unique design with the machined contours below the valve cover level. None of the local parts stores (central Fla.) or online favorites listed this grommet for my '95 Astro...or any Astro. Even entering my VIN didn't show this particular grommet as part of my van. After hours of chasing down images online, I finally got a part number, matching the pic. Advance Auto Parts cross-referenced it with one of their suppliers numbers. This is a genuine GM part, #10240678, that was original on my '95 Astro, 5 bucks-ish. Again, not a huge thing, and something easily solved with a number of other grommets and full vacuum hoses (without the hard hose being used). But now I con hook it up like was done originally. Hope this helps.
