Rear discs

Rear discs

Postby smokinjoe [OP] » March 26th 2012, 5:02pm

So I just watched another episode of GEARZ tv show. Always thought provoking but he did a front AND rear disc upgrade. Has anyone accomplished this WITHOUT new giant wheels? It looks so simple but any help would be........helpful

88-98 gm trucks where 5x5 bolt pattern c1500, tahoe, etc... the conversions that i have seen on those consist of cadillac calipers w/built in parking brake early 90's 11" rotors and your option of pads the only thing that needs to be fabricated is the bracket that holds the caliper in place OR BASED ON THE THEORY that the axles are the same you could give this company a try: http://tsmmfg.com/index.html then go to catalog, rear disc brakes, gm trucks, G.M. 5 Lug Truck and Suburban 1988 to Mid 1999, then measure your axle to see if they will match and get them brakets...
