where can I get a proportioning valve for my van? GM has discontinued the part. Can I get a new or rebuilt one or is it junk yard only?

LAPS + Local Auto Parts Store??? Yes - part discontinued from GM and so far no aftermarket luck. Probably going to have to go to junk yard. trying to figure out what years are compatible.

I've placed orders with all 3, the last one, "giant" listed the part, a throttle cable for my '93, and then canceled as it was not in stock. I called the 800 number in their email. They confirmed the rest of the order and they sent me a list of possible leads for the cable. I found the cable with the second call and had it in 3 days.
