How do you add an avatar and attachments?

G' day, everyone... tried using the search engine, FAQ page, and looking in the general gallery to find some answers,but no dice. Maybe I didnt type the question properly or didnt look harder. Regardless, on my last post, having the pictures right THERE instead of advising to go to the gallery to look them up would be ALOT more convenient. Does the IMG button help add attachments? I kept pressing it, but no browser option appeared. Also, do you have to post pics on another site (photo bucket, etc) to upload them to the post? Can photos once added to the gallery, be transfered to my post at write up? One last thing, how DO you add an avatar??? Any and all help IS appreciated!

First off, I moved this post because it was better suited in the 'Website Suggestions, Comments, Complaints' category where you can post Website Questions, Change Requests, Troubleshooting, Get Site Help, etc. Not the 'Astro/Safari Vans > GENERAL' category which is for general questions relating to astro/safari vans.

Attachments are easy. You can upload the image directly to the board from your computer. When you got to reply or create a post, just click down below on the 'Upload Attachment' tab.

Another option is to click the 'g2Img' button which pulls up the images you have stored in your gallery and you can stick them right in your post from your gallery.

Alternatively, you can link to an image stored on a publicly accessible web server, e.g. http://www.example.com/my-picture.gif using the [ img ] tags.

Lastly, you can add an Avatar in your User Control Panel under the 'Profile' tab then 'Edit Avatar'.
